ROTOR 350×32 mm Wood Cutting Saw Blade – 56 Teeth (56T) with 30 / 25.4 mm Reducing Rings
The ROTOR 350 mm blade with 56 teeth (56T) is designed for clean, precise crosscutting in solid wood (softwood and hardwood), chipboard, MDF, OSB and plywood. The dense tungsten carbide (T.C.T.) tooth pattern enters the material smoothly and leaves clean edges with reduced chipping.
The blade has a 32 mm bore and comes with 30 mm and 25.4 mm (1") reducing rings, so it fits stationary circular saws, panel saws, table saws and site saws.

💎 KEY ADVANTAGES:
-
Clean cut (56T): the high tooth count reduces fibre tear-out and leaves smooth edges suited to visible joints.
-
Flexible mounting (32 / 30 / 25.4 mm): the included rings let you use the blade on several machines without buying separate bushings.
-
T.C.T. teeth: stay sharp under intensive use on hardwoods and particle boards.
-
Rigid 2.4 mm plate: good cutting stability at 350 mm diameter, with less vibration and deflection.
💡 WORKSHOP TIP:
The 56T blade is made for crosscutting and clean cuts. For ripping thick solid wood along the grain, a blade with fewer teeth (24T–36T) clears sawdust better and runs cooler. When fitting a reducing ring, make sure it is perfectly centred and fully covered by the machine flanges to avoid radial run-out.
🦺 SAFETY MEASURES:
-
Protective equipment required: safety glasses, dust mask or respirator (fine wood dust) and hearing protection for prolonged work.
-
Check the direction of rotation when mounting — the arrow on the blade must match the machine's rotation.
-
Check the teeth before use — missing, cracked or visibly worn teeth increase the risk of kickback and vibration.
-
Beware of kickback: make sure the riving knife is fitted correctly and the blade guard works; keep a steady, controlled feed.
-
Do not exceed the maximum speed marked on the blade — centrifugal force is significant at large diameters.
-
Clamp the workpiece firmly before cutting — an unsecured piece can be thrown violently.
