⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with HW (K40) inserts.
The cutter can be mounted on most standard milling machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.
Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the cutter works efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 cutter.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, HW (K40) carbide cutters would be a more suitable choice.
