Manufactured for professionals and woodworking enthusiasts, this cutter allows for the creation of sophisticated cornices, perfect for refined finishes in your projects. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it ensures smooth cuts, without chipping, regardless of the type of wood being processed.
🔹 Main Features:
✔ Specialized profile – ideal for elegant and detailed cornices
✔ HSS inserts – high durability and precise cuts
✔ Superior reliability – suitable for intensive use
✔ Clean and uniform cuts – no vibrations or finishing defects
Whether you are working on classic furniture, interior restorations, or custom carpentry projects, this cutter is the ideal choice for premium results.
⚠️ Limitations in use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with HW (K40) inserts
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The cutter can be mounted on most standard spindle moulders, suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the cutter operates efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 cutter.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, cemented carbide HW (K40) cutters would be a more suitable choice.
