How to report a lack of conformity
- Contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem, via our contact page.
- Keep your proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation or bank statement).
- Describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos of the product.
Commercial guarantees
The legal guarantee applies regardless of any commercial guarantee offered by the seller or the manufacturer and cannot be replaced or limited by it.
