Synthetic binders wear the HSS edge prematurely – for these materials we recommend HW (K40) cutters.

⚠️ USAGE LIMITATIONS:

  • ❌ We do not recommend the HSS cutter for chipboard, MDF, HDF or very hard exotic wood.
  • For composite materials or intensive production, choose cutters with HW (K40) inserts.
  • Check that the cutter is tightened on the spindle and work with a constant feed.
