This architecture offers a huge practical advantage for maintenance, facilitating quick and correct sharpening of each angle directly on the tooth's relief face.
  • Fluid Adjustment for Thin or Thick Paneling: The segmented design eliminates the rigid constraints of monoblock tools. By simply repositioning and sliding the two cutter sub-assemblies on your machine's spindle, you can easily switch from processing thin 12 mm paneling to massive 20 mm thick elements, while maintaining the perfectly calibrated 15 mm channel.
  • Professional HSS M2 High-Speed Steel Blade: The industrially brazed profiled inserts are made from premium HSS M2 alloy (6.5% W). High-speed steel guarantees a significantly finer and more finished cutting edge than carbide (TCT), leaving flat and beveled surfaces perfectly smooth, without micro-fiber tear-out or chipping at the edges.
