It is a classic, uncoated blade with set and sharpened teeth, designed for fast and efficient solid wood cutting. The absence of carbide tips makes it extremely durable in harsh working conditions, making it the ideal choice for high-volume cutting where speed and resistance to impurities are essential.

Variants (tooth type):

• 🔸 56 teeth KV25 (Set) – This blade does not have anti-kickback shoulders ("gullets"), which gives it an extremely free and fast cutting capacity. The set (alternating bending of the teeth) ensures a cutting channel wider than the blade body, eliminating side friction and preventing overheating or jamming in the wood.

⚠️ Attention:

• 👉 Controlled manual feed: As it lacks anti-kickback shoulders, the blade is very "aggressive"; ensure the workpiece is well secured and pushed consistently.
• 👉 Rough finish: The resulting cut is a rough cut, characteristic of monometal blades, requiring subsequent planing if a fine surface is desired.
• ❌ Not suitable for: Melamine-faced chipboard, MDF, or composite materials (will cause major chipping).
