- Long-Term Investment: in case of advanced wear, the tool body can be re-brazed with new tips at a specialized center, eliminating the need to purchase a completely new cutter.
- Spacer Ring Compatible: suitable for fine adjustment on the spindle shaper axis.

📊 COMPATIBILITY GRADE BY MATERIAL TYPE (HSS M2)
💡 For constant processing of hardwoods or composite panels (Chipboard/MDF/HDF), an equivalent variant equipped with T.C.T. Tungsten Carbide (Vidia) tips is also available, which is highly resistant to abrasive wear.
⚠️ USE LIMITATIONS (HSS M2 VARIANT):
- Recommended Strictly for Natural Wood: optimal performance on softwoods; on hardwoods, the overall yield and edge lifespan are reduced.
- Not Recommended for Composites: ❌ DO NOT use on chipboard, MDF, HDF, exotic woods, or materials laminated with synthetic glues! The synthetic binders in these materials prematurely dull the high-speed steel edge. For these applications, please select our T.C.T. Vidia variant.
- Resharpening: the 6 mm tips can be resharpened, but we strongly recommend having this done at a professional grinding center to preserve the original cutting angle – incorrect sharpening can severely reduce cutting efficiency.
