⚠️ Usage Limitations:

❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood

❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts

HSS COMPATIBILITY:

The router bit can be mounted on most standard routing machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

HSS M2 Compatibility Explanations (%):

90–80%: Optimal performance, the router bit works efficiently and durably.

79–60%: Good machining, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).

<60%: Wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.

Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, carbide (Widia) router bits would be a more suitable choice.
