Crafted for professionals and woodworking enthusiasts, this router bit allows for the creation of sophisticated crown moldings, perfect for refined finishes in your projects. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it ensures smooth cuts, free from tear-out, regardless of the type of wood being processed.

🔹 Key Features:

Specialized profile – ideal for elegant and detailed crown moldings

HSS inserts – high durability and precise cuts

Superior reliability – suitable for intensive use

Clean and uniform cuts – no vibrations or finishing defects

Whether you are working on classic furniture, interior restorations, or custom carpentry projects, this router bit is the ideal choice for premium results.

⚠️ Usage Limitations:

❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for particleboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.

❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide (Vidia) inserts.

HSS COMPATIBILITY:

The router bit can be mounted on most standard routing machines, suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):

90–80%: Optimal performance, the router bit operates efficiently and durably.

79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).

<60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.

Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, carbide (Widia) router bits would be a more suitable choice.
