Manufactured for professionals and wood enthusiasts, this router bit allows for sophisticated coves, perfect for refined finishes in your projects. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it ensures fine, chip-free cuts, regardless of the type of wood being processed.
🔹 Main Features:
✔ Specialized profile – ideal for elegant and detailed coves
✔ HSS inserts – high durability and precise cuts
✔ Superior reliability – suitable for intensive use
✔ Clean and uniform cuts – no vibrations or finishing defects
Whether you are working on classic furniture, interior restorations, or custom joinery projects, this router bit is the ideal choice for premium results.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide (Vidia) inserts
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The router bit can be mounted on most standard milling machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the router bit works efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, carbide (Widia) router bits would be a more suitable choice.
