Manufactured for professionals and woodworking enthusiasts, this router bit allows for the creation of sophisticated cornices, perfect for refined finishes in your projects. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it ensures fine, chip-free cuts, regardless of the type of wood processed.
🔹 Main Features:
✔ Specialized profile – ideal for elegant and detailed cornices
✔ HSS inserts – high durability and precise cuts
✔ Superior reliability – suitable for intensive use
✔ Clean and uniform cuts – without vibrations or finishing defects
Whether you're working on classic furniture, interior restorations, or custom joinery projects, this router bit is the ideal choice for premium results.
⚠️ Limitations in use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with Carbide inserts
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The router bit can be mounted on most standard milling machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the router bit functions efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, router bits made of cemented carbide (Carbide) would be a more suitable choice.
