Crafted for professionals and woodworking enthusiasts, this router bit allows you to create sophisticated cornices, perfect for refined finishes in your projects. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it ensures clean cuts without tearing, regardless of the wood type processed.
🔹 Key Features:
✔ Specialized profile – ideal for elegant and detailed cornices
✔ HSS inserts – high durability and precise cuts
✔ Superior reliability – suitable for intensive use
✔ Clean and uniform cuts – no vibrations or finishing defects
Whether you're working on classic furniture, interior restorations, or custom woodworking projects, this router bit is the ideal choice for premium results.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on the hardness of the wood but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed router bits are optimized for stationary machines and CNC, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Acquisition Conclusions:
- Working with Spruce, Fir, or Pine? Go directly for HSS M2. It's the only one that guarantees an immaculate white wood finish, without black burn marks, thanks to its extremely sharp edge that "shaves" the grain.
- Working with Oak, Beech, or laminated wood? Choose Carbide. The temperature resistance of cemented carbide allows it to cut hard species for thousands of linear meters without needing sharpening.
- Speed and Feed Rate: Remember that brazed carbide router bits require a constant feed rate. If you stop the rotating cutter on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
