Key Features:
✅ Precise and strong joints – Allows for uniform and solid bonding of wood elements.
✅ High-quality material – Brazed HSS Standard inserts ensure maximum durability.
✅ Optimized dimensions – 120 mm diameter, 50 mm height, ideal for latitudinal joints.
✅ Maximum speed 6200 rpm – Stable performance and clean cuts without burning.
✅ Extensive compatibility – Works with various professional routing machines.
📌 Perfect for joining solid wood panels and structures!
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
Material choice depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- HSS Standard: Exclusively for very soft wood (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of conifers. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears out faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Particleboard, Plywood). Withstands thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Caution: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you stop rotating on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
