The professional cutter for lateral laminate joints is specially designed for creating solid, perfectly aligned, and resistant joints between planks or solid wood pieces. Thanks to its intelligent geometry with 2 middle teeth and a shoulder on the sides, the outer faces of the wood remain perfectly straight but join at different levels, exponentially increasing the contact surface for adhesive.

This tool has deep teeth of 5 mm and allows work to start on panels with a minimum thickness of 15 mm.

💡 TECHNICAL ADJUSTMENT RECOMMENDATION FOR CRAFTSMEN:

Quick "Male-Female" Adjustment by simple turning: Due to the symmetrical profile with lateral shoulders and central teeth, it is NOT necessary to change the cutter height on the spindle to cut the complementary piece! Set the tool height once in the middle of the wood thickness. Mill the first piece on one face, and for the complementary piece (counter-profile), just rotate the board 180° (front-back) and pass it through the cutter. The profiles will join perfectly flush.

⚠️ Usage limitations for this version (DS Steel - DIY):

❌ NOT recommended for use on chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very dense exotic wood!

❌ Intended for processing natural softwoods (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden, etc.). For hardwoods or intensive industrial use, choose higher cutting edge grades.
