Main Features:
✅ Precise and strong joints – Allows for uniform and solid gluing of wood elements.
✅ High-quality material – Brazed HSS inserts ensure maximum durability.
✅ Optimized dimensions – Diameter 125 mm, height 50 mm, ideal for longitudinal joints.
✅ Maximum speed 6200 rpm – Stable performance and clean cuts without burns.
✅ Extended compatibility – Works with various professional routing machines.
📌 Perfect for joining panels and solid wood structures!
⚠️ Limitations in use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with Carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Purchase Conclusions:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Withstands thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Caution: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you stop rotating on soft wood, burning is guaranteed.
