✅ ADVANTAGES AND DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE:

  • Professional Lock Miter Joint System: Specifically designed for 45° angled joints, this router bit ensures automatic, fast, and highly precise panel alignment, providing unparalleled structural mechanical resistance to the final assembly.
  • Anti-Vibration Monoblock Geometry: The compact structure, dynamically balanced through CNC machining, provides smooth cutting. It completely eliminates vibrations during idle operation on shaper machines or stationary router tables.
  • One-Pass Autolock Joint: Creates the complementary male-female profile in a single operational phase. The extended contact surface guarantees perfect adhesive distribution and rigid angle fixation.
  • HSS M2 Industrial Performance: The massive 6.5% Tungsten concentration (Р6М5 standard) protects the active cutting edge against local overheating during continuous operation, maintaining geometric sharpness over thousands of linear meters in soft natural wood species.
  • High-Quality Finish: The axial rake angle is geometrically corrected to prevent premature chip detachment, completely eliminating the risk of tear-out or fraying at the visible edges of the joint.

⚠️ IMPORTANT USE LIMITATIONS (HSS M2 VARIANT):

  • Strictly Natural Wood: This HSS M2 variant is designed EXCLUSIVELY for solid natural wood (soft and hard species).
  • Prohibited on Composites: ❌ NOT recommended and prohibited for use on chipboard, MDF, HDF, exotic wood, or laminated pressed with synthetic glues!
  • Correct Solution: For wood-derived materials with abrasive binders, an equivalent variant with T.C.T. carbide inserts is absolutely required.

🛠️ PROFESSIONAL SELECTION GUIDE: HSS vs. T.C.T. Vidia

Choosing the correct blade material directly influences the quality of the finish and the lifespan of the industrial tool:

💡 Practical conclusions before ordering:
  1. Working with Spruce, Fir, or Pine? Choose HSS M2 Premium. This super-dense material cuts clean grain perfectly without crushing it and guarantees the preservation of the natural color of soft wood, without unsightly burns.
  2. Working with Oak, Beech, or hard panels? Go for T.C.T. Vidia. The extreme hardness of the carbide protects the cutting edge over long distances against intense mechanical wear.
  3. Bore and Special Dimensions: As standard, the router bit is supplied with a Ø30 mm or Ø40 mm bore. For completely customized shaft dimensions, please fill in the details in the remarks field at checkout.
