☞ Robust body made of treated steel – ensures perfect balance and reduced vibrations during operation
☞ HSS brazed cutting edges – the ideal choice depending on the material type and intensity of use
☞ Versatile – optimized for soft and medium hardwoods (spruce, fir, linden, beech, light oak)
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise, and consistent cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS variant)
➤ Low risk of burning on natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and CNC hobby
⚠️ Limitations of use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material does not depend solely on wood hardness, but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species processed.

✅ Purchase Conclusions:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft wood species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears out faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Particleboard, Laminate). Resists thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you dwell at rotation on soft wood, burning is guaranteed.
