☞ Robust treated steel body – ensures perfect balance and reduced vibrations during operation
☞ HSS brazed cutting edges – the ideal choice depending on material type and usage intensity
☞ Versatile – optimized for soft and medium hardwoods (spruce, fir, linden, beech, light oak)
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise, and consistent cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS variant)
➤ Low risk of burning on natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and hobby CNC machines
⚠️ Usage limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particle board, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The cutter can be mounted on most standard milling machines, suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility explanations (%)
- 95–80%: Optimal performance for soft and semi-hard wood; clean and stable cut, reduced wear under normal working conditions.
- 79–60%: Good processing, but requires regular maintenance — periodic sharpening or moderate RPMs to avoid overheating.
- <60%: Wood is dense, oily, or very hard, leading to accelerated wear and rapid loss of the cutting edge.
Recommendation: For hardwoods and exotic wood, it is recommended to use HSS M2 Premium (62–66 HRC) or carbide (Widia) cutters, which offer superior resistance and longer lifespan.
