☞ Robust treated steel body – ensures perfect balance and reduced vibrations during operation
☞ Cutting edges brazed with HSS M2 or Carbide inserts – the ideal choice depending on the material type and intensity of use
☞ Versatile – optimized for soft and medium hardwoods (spruce, fir, lime, beech, light oak)
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise and consistent cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS version)
➤ Low risk of burns on natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and hobby CNC
⚠️ Usage limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with Carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on the hardness of the wood but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Purchase Conclusions:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Lime). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Plywood). Lasts thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed. If you dwell in rotation on soft wood, burning is guaranteed.
