☞ Robust treated steel body – ensures perfect balance and reduced vibration during operation
☞ Cutting edges brazed with HSS M2 or Carbide inserts – the ideal choice depending on the material type and intensity of use
☞ Versatile – optimized for soft and medium hardwoods (spruce, fir, linden, beech, light oak)
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise, and consistent cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS version)
➤ Low risk of burning on natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and hobby CNC
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the Carbide insert version
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft wood (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of conifers. Guarantees impeccable white finish without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears out faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Particleboard, Plywood). Resists thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you dwell in rotation on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
