🔧 Main features:
🔹 Precise and strong joints – The set of 4 profile-counterprofile router bits is designed for woodworking with maximum precision, providing solid and aesthetic joints in furniture manufacturing.
🔹 Decorative V-groove profile – The design creates a visible V-shaped channel at the joint, giving an elegant look and emphasizing the natural wood grain.
🔹 HSS (High-Speed Steel) inserts for durability – HSS blades ensure smooth, chip-free cuts, maintaining high performance even with intensive use.
🔹 Compatibility and flexibility – The router bits are optimized for 20 mm thick wood, ideal for making doors, frames, and furniture panels.
🔹 Processing efficiency – The optimized geometry allows for fast and precise routing, reducing working time and the need for subsequent adjustments.
🔹 Complete set for professional workshops – The package includes 5 router bits, covering all needs for profile-counterprofile joints.
⚠️ Limitations in use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on the hardness of the wood but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed router bits are optimized for stationary machines and CNCs, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species being processed.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft woods (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic woods (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminate). Lasts for thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Caution: Carbide requires constant feed. If you dwell in rotation on soft wood, burning is guaranteed.
