🔧 Main Features:
🔹 Conical tongue and groove profile – ideal for precise joining of parquet or floorboards, providing stable fastening and a professional finish.
🔹 Multiple working variants – available in sizes of 25, 40, and 50 mm, to adapt to material thickness and project type.
🔹 High durability – brazed HSS M2 inserts, with superior wear resistance and clean cutting in soft or hardwood.
🔹 Universal compatibility –
• router bits with 120 mm diameter are designed for classic routing machines,
• router bits with 140 mm diameter are used on 4-sided routing machines.
🔹 Consistent performance – balanced, vibration-free design for uniform cuts and precision with each pass.
🔹 Long-term investment – inserts can be resharpened, extending the set's lifespan and reducing maintenance costs.
📌 Recommended for: carpentry workshops, manufacturers of parquet, furniture, or floorboards, as well as professionals who prioritize precision, durability, and solid joints.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particle board, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide (Vidia) inserts
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The router bit can be mounted on most standard routing machines, suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, router bit operates efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: Wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, carbide (Widia) router bits would be a more suitable choice.
