🚀 DYNAMIC PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE:

  • Absolute Joining Precision: structurally optimized geometry for creating door frames and panels with a thickness of 40 mm, ensuring zero tolerance in profile-counter profile coupling.
  • High-Quality Brazed Blade: the inserts, regardless of the material chosen (HSS M2 or T.C.T. Carbide), are professionally brazed with silver alloy (Ag), guaranteeing high mechanical resistance to shocks and impeccable finishes, without fiber tear-out.
  • Calibrated Modular System: the set consisting of 3 cutters and the included spacer ring allows micrometric height adjustments, adapting perfectly to normal wear from successive resharpenings.
  • Dynamic Balancing Class G2.5: reduces vibrations on the machine's spindle, protecting the bearings of the drive assembly and ensuring a perfectly smooth surface (ready for painting or varnishing).
  • Mounting Versatility: Ø30 mm and Ø32 mm bores are standardized for immediate delivery, with the option of custom manufacturing for Ø35 mm or Ø40 mm.

⚠️ LIMITATIONS IN USE FOR HSS M2 VARIANT:

  • Wood Derivative Restriction: ❌ NOT recommended for use on chipboard, MDF, HDF or exotic wood! The synthetic binder in these materials will prematurely wear out the high-speed steel blade.
  • Alternative Solution: for composite panels or agglomerated wood, explicitly request the carbide insert variant T.C.T. Carbide.

💡 Conclusions for purchase:
  1. Working with Spruce, Fir or Pine? Stick with this HSS M2 Premium variant. It is the only material that guarantees an immaculate white finish on softwood, without burn marks.
  2. Working with Oak, Beech or laminated panels? Choose the T.C.T. Carbide variant, structurally optimized for dense wood species without rapid blade dulling.
  3. Arbor Bore Configuration: the Ø30 mm and Ø32 mm variants are delivered immediately from stock. For machines with Ø35 mm or Ø40 mm spindles, select the dedicated option or send a firm pre-order to the technical team.

🦺 SAFETY MEASURES FOR USE:

  • Mandatory protective equipment: safety glasses (against flying chips), mask or respirator filter (fine wood dust), and earmuffs for prolonged work.
  • Caution with hands and fingers: keep a safe distance from the cutting area and use feed/push devices where possible; do not manually intervene near moving cutters.
  • Respect the assembly order of the set: the 3 cutters and the spacer ring must be mounted exactly in the order indicated by the technical drawing – an incorrect order modifies the final profile and can unbalance the assembly.
  • Check the fastening of the entire package (cutters + ring) and the tightening of the spindle nut before starting the machine.
  • Respect the recommended speed of 6,000 – 9,000 RPM, to avoid vibrations or the risk of blade breakage.
  • Resharpening: we recommend resharpening at a specialized center to maintain the profile geometry and original rake angle.
