🔹 Elegant and Uniform Finish – The cutters create a precise chamfered profile, ideal for paneling and premium decorative projects.
🔹 Classic Workshop Dimensions – 130 mm diameter, 30 mm bore, compatible with most classic routing machines.
🔹 High Durability – HSS-tipped inserts, wear-resistant, suitable for intensive use.
🔹 Works on Any Wood Type – Stable performance in soft and hardwood, with clean cuts and no fiber tear-out.
🔹 For Professionals and Enthusiasts – Provides precision, speed, and a smooth finish for any woodworking project.
⚠️ Usage limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the fiber. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood type processed.

✅ Purchase Conclusions:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively very soft wood (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees an immaculate white finish without burning. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears out faster.
- Carbide (CMT): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Lasts thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Warning: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you stop rotating on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
