🔹 Elegant and Uniform Finish – The cutters create a precise rounded profile, ideal for paneling and premium decorative projects.
🔹 Classic Workshop Dimensions – Diameter 130 mm, bore 30 mm, compatible with most classic routing machines.
🔹 High Durability – HSS-plated inserts, wear-resistant, suitable for intensive use.
🔹 Works on Any Wood Type – Stable performance on softwood and hardwood, with clean cuts and no fiber tear-out.
🔹 For Professionals and Enthusiasts – Provides precision, speed, and a smooth finish for any woodworking project.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the fiber. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species being processed.

✅ Acquisition Conclusions:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft wood (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white finish without burning. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Particleboard, Plywood). Resists thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Caution: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you stop rotating in softwood, burning is guaranteed.
