🔧 Key Features:
🔹 Oblique profile for premium paneling – allows for aesthetic and precise joints, providing an elegant and authentic wood finish.
🔹 Industrial durability – inserts made from high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel), with increased wear resistance and clean cuts in any type of wood.
🔹 Workshop versatility – ideal for paneling, interior and exterior cladding, decorative panels, and other solid wood carpentry projects.
🔹 Long-term investment – inserts can be resharpened or replaced, reducing costs compared to disposable cutters.
🔹 Precision for professionals and enthusiasts – designed for intensive use, yet accessible for small workshops that demand quality results.
📌 With this set of HSS cutters for oblique profile paneling, you achieve impeccable finishes and solid joints, whether you're working on a classic machine or a 4-sided milling machine.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide (Vidia) inserts
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The cutter can be mounted on most standard milling machines, suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

Compatibility Explanations (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the cutter works efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 cutter.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, cemented carbide (Widia) cutters would be a more suitable choice.
