🔧 Main Features:

🔹 Oblique profile for premium paneling – allows for aesthetic and precise joints, giving the wood an elegant and authentic finish.

🔹 Two variants available – the set is produced for both 30 mm spindle (classic routing machines) and 40 mm spindle (four-sided routing machines).

🔹 Industrial durability – inserts made of HSS (High Speed Steel), with increased wear resistance and clean cuts in any type of wood.

🔹 Workshop versatility – ideal for paneling, interior and exterior cladding, decorative panels, and other solid wood carpentry projects.

🔹 Long-term investment – inserts can be resharpened or replaced, reducing costs compared to disposable cutters.

🔹 Precision for professionals and enthusiasts – designed for intensive use, but also accessible for small workshops that want quality results.

📌 With this set of HSS router bits for oblique profile paneling, you get impeccable finishes and solid joints, whether you work on a classic machine or a four-sided routing machine.

⚠️ Usage Limitations:

❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood

❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with Carbide inserts

🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)

Material choice depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood processed.

✅ Purchase Conclusions:

  • Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft woods (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
  • HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees impeccable white finish without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears out faster.
  • Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic woods (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Lasts thousands of meters without sharpening.

⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you dwell on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
