DYNAMIC PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE

  • Modern Design and Impeccable Structural Joints: This complete set of 3 profiled cutters is specially configured for workshops focused on producing premium furniture fronts. The fine calibration of the geometric profiles guarantees tight, clean, and perfectly aligned right-angle assemblies, eliminating human error during assembly.
  • Clean Cutting Directly from the Machine: The optimized geometry of the inserts performs quick clearance and smooth cuts. This significantly reduces the working time allocated to subsequent sanding of frames and prevents wood fibers from detaching along the decorative straight edge.
  • Dual HSS M2 / Carbide Configuration: The native variant with HSS M2 High-Speed Steel inserts (with 6.5% Tungsten) offers the sharpest possible edge, ideal for achieving a glossy finish on soft or hard natural wood (conifers, linden, oak). For industrial applications involving composites or particle boards, the set is available for pre-order in the T.C.T. Carbide variant.
  • Long-Term Investment: The profiled knives are resharpenable and designed to withstand intensive use, offering excellent performance of up to 3,000 linear meters in softwoods before the first maintenance on the clearance face.
  • Total Flexibility on Order: Flexible production allows for adaptation or modification of constructive profiles and spindle dimensions according to your project sketches or the technical specifications of your workshop machines.

⚠️ Cutting material selection guide:

✅ HSS M2 Premium variant: 100% recommended for natural wood (Spruce, Fir, Oak, Beech) – impeccable finish without torn fibers.

✅ T.C.T. Carbide variant: Recommended for MDF, doors intended for painting, or layered particle boards.

🛠️ Professional Selection Guide: HSS M2 vs. T.C.T. Carbide for Furniture

Properly configure your tool according to the workload and type of materials processed in the workshop:

Working Material Type HSS M2 Premium ⭐
(Available in stock)
T.C.T. Carbide
(Pre-order / Coming soon)
Solid Natural Wood
(Conifers, Linden, Beech, Oak)
⭐ Optimal (100%)
(Glossy surface / No sanding required)
Recommended (85%)
(Standard cutting by structural impact)
Raw or Painted MDF / HDF
(Milled door fronts)
Not Recommended / Rapid Wear ⭐ Optimal (100%)
(Maximum resistance to binders and glues)
Melamine Faced Particle Board / Composites Strictly Forbidden ⭐ Optimal (100%)
(Prevents edge chipping)
Finish of decorative profiles Extremely Sharp (No chipping) Industrial Standard
Hardness and sharpness 64 – 66 HRC (Easy to sharpen) 85 – 92 HRC (Requires diamond wheel)

✅ Practical tips for mounting and operation:

  1. Material thickness: The set covers a working range between 20 mm and 25 mm. For optimal results on standard doors of 21-22 mm, perform a test cut on a scrap piece to check the tightness of the structural joint.
  2. Clean bore: The set fits perfectly on machines with Ø30 or Ø35 mm spindles. Clean the machine spindle of dust or resin deposits before securing the cutters to ensure perfect centering, without radial runout.
  3. Rotation speed: Adhere to the recommended speed of 9,000 RPM. Maintaining a constant feed rate prevents local overheating of the tool and extends the life of the active edge.
