- Professional HSS M2 High-Speed Steel Blades: The standard version is equipped with HSS M2 inserts (6.5% Tungsten), renowned for their extremely sharp cutting edge that cleanly cuts soft or hard natural wood fibers, leaving perfectly smooth profiles. Optionally, for abrasive materials (MDF), the set can be supplied in the T.C.T. Carbide version.
- Extended Bore Versatility: Designed for a wide range of machines, the set natively covers Ø35 and Ø32 mm shafts, including special rings for reducing to Ø30 mm. Production flexibility allows for custom bore sizes of Ø40 or Ø50 mm for heavy-duty woodworking machinery.

✅ Practical tips for assembly and operation:
- Workpiece thickness: The cutters are fluidly adjustable to perfectly cover the thickness range between 20 mm and 24 mm. Calibrate the machine carefully to ensure perfect flatness on the back of the doors.
- Mounting reductions: When using the Ø30 mm spindle, ensure that the provided reduction rings are clean and fully inserted into the cutter bores to eliminate any risk of radial run-out.
- Constant cutting regime: Maintain a constant manual or mechanical feed rate at 9,000 RPM. Avoid tool stagnation in the material to prevent local burns on wood species rich in resins or tannins.
