☞ Robust treated steel body – ensures perfect balance and reduced vibrations during operation

Cutting edges brazed with HSS M2 6.5% Tungsten– the ideal choice depending on the type of material and intensity of use

Versatile – optimized for soft and medium-density wood (fir, spruce, lime, beech, light oak)

✅ Advantages:

➤ Fine, precise and consistent cut

➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS variant)

➤ Low risk of burning on natural wood

➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and hobby CNC machines

⚠️ Limitations in use:

❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF or very hard exotic wood

❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts

HSS COMPATIBILITY:

The router bit can be mounted on most standard milling machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

HSS M2 (%) compatibility explanation:

90–80%: Optimal performance, the router bit operates efficiently and durably.

79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).

<60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 router bit.

Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, carbide router bits (Widia) would be a more suitable choice.
