🚀 DYNAMIC PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE:

  • Absolute Joint Precision: structurally optimized geometry for manufacturing door frames and panels with a thickness of 40 mm, ensuring zero tolerance in profile-counter profile coupling.
  • High-Quality Brazed Blade: the inserts, regardless of the material chosen (HSS M2 or T.C.T. Carbide), are professionally brazed with silver alloy (Ag), guaranteeing high mechanical resistance to shocks and impeccable finishes, without fiber tear-out.
  • Calibrated Modular System: the set consisting of 3 router bits and the included spacer ring allows micrometric height adjustments, adapting perfectly to normal wear and tear from successive resharpenings.
  • Dynamic Balancing Class G2.5: reduces vibrations on the machine spindle, protecting the bearings of the drive assembly and ensuring a perfectly smooth surface (ready for painting or lacquering).
  • Versatility in Fixing: Ø30 mm and Ø32 mm bores are standardized for immediate delivery, with the option of custom manufacturing for Ø35 mm or Ø40 mm.

⚠️ LIMITATIONS IN USE FOR HSS M2 VERSION:

  • Wood Derivatives Restriction: ❌ NOT recommended for use on particle board, MDF, HDF, or exotic wood! The synthetic binder in these materials will prematurely wear the high-speed steel blade.
  • Alternative Solution: for composite or agglomerated wood panels, it is mandatory to request the version with T.C.T. Carbide inserts.

💡 Conclusions for purchase:
  1. Working with Spruce, Fir, or Pine? Stick with this HSS M2 Premium version. It is the only material that guarantees an immaculate white softwood, without burn marks.
  2. Working with Oak, Beech, or laminated panels? Choose the T.C.T. Carbide version, structurally optimized for dense species without rapid blade wear.
  3. Bore Configuration: the Ø30 mm and Ø32 mm versions are delivered immediately from stock. For machines with Ø35 mm or Ø40 mm spindles, select the dedicated option or send a firm pre-order to the technical team.

🦺 SAFETY MEASURES IN USE:

  • Mandatory protective equipment: safety glasses (against flying chips), mask or respirator (fine wood dust), and hearing protection for prolonged work.
  • Attention to hands and fingers: maintain a safe distance from the cutting area and use feed/push devices where possible; do not manually intervene near moving router bits.
  • Respect the assembly order of the set: the 3 router bits and the spacer ring must be assembled exactly in the order indicated by the technical drawing – an incorrect order alters the final profile and can unbalance the assembly.
  • Check the fastening of the entire package (router bits + ring) and the tightening of the spindle nut before starting the machine.
  • Respect the recommended speed of 6,000 – 9,000 RPM, to avoid vibrations or the risk of blade breakage.
  • Resharpening: we recommend having resharpening performed at a specialized center to maintain the original profile geometry and rake angle.
