Jigsaw Blades for Wood 100×75 mm – HCS 6 TPI Ultra-Aggressive | ROTOR RT144D

Set of 2 jigsaw blades made of carbon steel (HCS), 6 TPI, with universal T-Shank fitting. With an ultra-aggressive 6 TPI configuration, the large, set, and sharply ground teeth bite deep into the wood fibers and instantly evacuate large quantities of sawdust. Cutting is performed on the upstroke. The perfect tool for carpentry, fast cuts on construction sites, and cutting thick materials where efficiency is a priority. Total length 100 mm, usable length 75 mm, optimal capacity 5–50 mm (maximum 60 mm).

✨ ADVANTAGES:

  • 6 TPI Ultra-Aggressive – Maximum Speed: large teeth bite deep into wood fibers with each stroke and instantly evacuate large amounts of sawdust – the fastest feed rate in the ROTOR range for wood.
  • Thick Materials without Jamming: the set profile and rapid sawdust evacuation prevent the blade from jamming in thick beams, countertops, or materials with high moisture content.
  • 💡 Set Maximum Orbital Action: for optimal performance, activate orbital action level II or III on the jigsaw – RT144D is designed for aggressive cutting, not straight motion.
  • Universal T-Shank: quick mounting on Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee, and others.

⚠️ CAUTION:

  • ❌ Do not cut metal or abrasive materials – exclusively for solid wood, beams, particleboard, MDF, and plywood.
  • 6 TPI = coarse cut with splintering – if edge finish matters, use RT101B (10 TPI) or RT111C (8 TPI).
  • Do not use without orbital action activated – with straight motion, the blade overheats and wears out prematurely.
