Jigsaw Blades for Wood 100×75 mm – HCS 6 TPI Narrow Body | ROTOR RT244D

Set of 2 jigsaw blades made of carbon steel (HCS), 6 TPI, with universal T-Shank fitting. The narrow body of the blade allows the saw to be guided along curved paths, templates, and tight curves, without the back of the blade getting stuck in the freshly cut kerf. The large, set, and ground teeth ensure good feed rate on the upstroke, even on curved cuts. Total length 100 mm, working length 75 mm, optimal capacity 5–50 mm.

✨ ADVANTAGES:

  • Narrow Body – Tight Curves and Turns: the reduced blade width allows following curved paths, templates, and tight circles without the back of the blade getting caught in the material.
  • 6 TPI – Good Speed on Curved Paths: the large teeth ensure fast progress even on winding cuts, where standard narrow blades would advance slowly.
  • 💡 Set Orbital Action to 0 or I: for the tightest turns and cleanest curves, reduce or completely stop the orbital action – the blade will follow the desired path more precisely.
  • Universal T-Shank: quick mounting on Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee, and others.

⚠️ CAUTION:

  • ❌ Do not cut metal or abrasive materials – exclusively for solid wood, chipboard, MDF, and plywood.
  • Narrow body = more lateral flexibility – do not force the direction with excessive lateral pressure, the blade may bend or break.
  • 6 TPI = coarse edge – for a clean finish, use RT101B (10 TPI).
