Jigsaw Blades for Metal 76×50 mm – HSS 21 TPI | ROTOR RT118A

Set of 2 jigsaw blades made of high-performance high-speed steel (HSS), 21 TPI, with universal T-Shank fitting. The small, milled, and wavy teeth ensure progressive and clean cutting in thin sheet metal, metal profiles, and pipes made of carbon steel, aluminum, or non-ferrous metals. The rigid HSS body resists the high temperatures generated by friction with metal. Total length 76 mm, useful length 50 mm, optimal capacity 1–3 mm thickness.

Total / Usable Length Length76 mm / 50 mm

✨ ADVANTAGES:

  • 21 TPI – Precise Metal Cutting: small and dense teeth ensure progressive and clean cutting, without material tearing or excessive vibrations in thin sheet metal.
  • Wavy Teeth – No Jamming: the wavy profile evenly distributes the cutting force and prevents the blade from getting stuck in hard metal.
  • HSS – Heat Resistance: high-speed steel withstands the high temperatures generated when cutting metal, keeping the blade sharp longer than HCS.
  • 💡 Tip: use cutting oil or lubricant along the cutting line – significantly extends blade life and prevents overheating.
  • Universal T-Shank: quick mounting on Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee, and others.

⚠️ CAUTION:

  • ❌ Exclusively for metal – do not cut wood, plaster, or abrasive materials with this blade.
  • Optimized for thin sheet metal and profiles (1–3 mm) – for metal thicker than 3 mm, the feed becomes slow and wear increases rapidly.
  • Without lubricant, the blade overheats and loses its hardness prematurely.
