Electric Planer Blades 110 mm – HSS | Type 1900B | Set of 2 | ROTOR
Set of 2 professional high-speed steel (HSS) blades for 110 mm electric planers, with the standardized Type 1900B (Single-Sided) profile. The cutting edge, ground to 40°, ensures an optimal balance between cutting aggressiveness and edge durability — the resulting surface is flat and finished, ready for direct application of varnish or stain. The precisely calibrated mounting cutouts guarantee quick installation, excellent dynamic balance on the drum, and minimal vibrations under load. Manufactured according to the European standard EN 847-1.

✨ ADVANTAGES:
- Finish Directly from Planing: the 40° angle prevents fiber tear-out and leaves a smooth surface, free of streaks or irregularities — minimal subsequent sanding required.
- Resharpenable – Reduced Operating Cost: the solid HSS body allows multiple resharpenings at a specialized center, extending its lifespan compared to carbon steel blades.
- Dynamic Balance on Drum: precisely calibrated mounting cutouts ensure accurate and balanced installation, reducing planer vibrations under load and protecting machine bearings.
- EN 847-1 Certified: structural resistance verified against the centrifugal forces of high-speed planers — maximum safety in use.
⚠️ CAUTION:
- Check your planer's clamping type before ordering – the 1900B system is not universal for all 110 mm planers.
- Always mount both blades simultaneously – mounting a single blade unbalances the drum and can damage the planer.
- Do not use blades with damaged or notched cutting edges – risk of breakage at high speeds.
