82 mm Electric Planer Blades – HSS | Type 1900B | Set of 2 | ROTOR
Set of 2 professional high-speed steel (HSS) blades for 82 mm electric planers, with the standardized Type 1900B (Single-Sided) profile. The cutting edge, ground at 40°, ensures an optimal balance between cutting aggressiveness and edge durability — the resulting surface is flat and finished, ready for direct application of varnish or stain. The millimetrically calibrated fixing cutouts guarantee quick mounting, excellent dynamic balance on the drum, and minimal vibrations under load. Manufactured according to the European standard EN 847-1.

✨ ADVANTAGES:
- Finish Directly from Planing: the 40° angle prevents fiber tearing and leaves a smooth surface, free of streaks or irregularities — minimal subsequent sanding.
- Resharpenable – Low Operating Cost: the solid HSS body allows for multiple resharpenings at a specialized center, extending the lifespan compared to carbon steel blades.
- Dynamic Balance on Drum: millimetrically calibrated fixing cutouts ensure precise and balanced mounting, reducing planer vibrations under load and protecting the machine's bearings.
- EN 847-1 Certified: verified structural resistance to the centrifugal forces of high-speed planers — maximum safety in use.
⚠️ CAUTION:
- Check the clamping type of your planer before ordering – the 1900B system is not universal for all 82 mm planers.
- Always mount both blades simultaneously – mounting a single blade unbalances the drum and can damage the planer.
- Do not use blades with damaged edges or nicks – risk of breakage at high RPMs.
