The PILANA Ø250 mm industrial circular saw blade is a premium high-precision tool, designed for clean cutting and cross-cutting of solid wood and wood-derived composite materials. Equipped with heat-treated Tungsten Carbide (TCT / Vidia) teeth with an Alternate Top Bevel (WZ) cutting geometry, this blade guarantees long-lasting wear resistance and perfectly finished edges, without fiber tear-out. The blade body is laser-tensioned to remain perfectly rigid under maximum load.

Due to the wide range of teeth in our new assortment, the blade's application changes depending on the selected option:

⚠️ RECOMMENDATION AND TECHNICAL NOTE REGARDING MATERIAL SUITABILITY:
• Melamine-faced Chipboard: This blade, having an ATB (WZ) profile, will cut the material, but on classic machines without a scoring saw, it may produce fine chipping at the exit of the melamine layer.
• Dense Painted MDF / HDF: For panels with extremely high industrial density or glossy acrylic finishes, we recommend the special blades with a trapezoidal-flat (TFZ) profile from our catalog to avoid premature dulling of the cutting edge.
