🚀 WHY FZ (FLAT TOP) FOR RIPPING:
- Flat Top Tooth (FZ): cuts wood grain aggressively and efficiently, without tearing the material like an alternate top bevel (WZ) tooth. The result is a clean and fast rip cut.
- 24 Teeth – Maximum Feed: the reduced number of teeth creates large gullets between them, allowing for rapid sawdust evacuation and preventing clogging or overheating.
- Efficiency in Hardwoods: efficient ripping in oak, beech, or ash, with reduced effort from the machine's motor.
- T.C.T. Carbide: high resistance to abrasive wear from hard fibers, extended lifespan compared to high-speed steel blades.

⚠️ USAGE LIMITATIONS:
- Not suitable for cross-cutting (trimming): FZ geometry cuts well along the grain, but leaves a rough cut when cross-cutting – use a WZ blade for cross-cuts.
- Particleboard / MDF / HDF / Melamine: ❌ not recommended – the 24Z FZ tooth configuration is not designed for engineered wood panels, and the abrasive binder will prematurely wear the cutting edge.
- Constant feed mandatory: allowing the rotating blade to dwell on hardwood (beech, oak) generates excessive heat and can cause burning or deformation of the cut.

🦺 SAFETY MEASURES FOR USE:
- Mandatory protective equipment: safety glasses, respiratory mask or filter (wood dust), ear defenders, and cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade.
- Beware of kickback: the main danger when ripping. Ensure the splitter (riving knife) is correctly mounted behind the blade – this prevents the wood from binding and causing violent kickback.
- Maintain constant feed: do not let the rotating blade dwell at the same point – this generates excessive heat, burns, and can cause deformation of the blade body.
- Check rotation direction during mounting – the FZ teeth must cut in the correct direction relative to the material feed direction.
- Do not exceed the maximum permitted speed marked on the blade body.
- Do not use blades with cracked or missing teeth or a deformed body – replace worn blades immediately.
- Secure the rip fence correctly relative to the blade before ripping – a misaligned fence causes kickback or a crooked cut.
