KEDR Circular Saw Blades for Wood | Ø210x2.6 mm | WZ Alternate Tooth

The KEDR Ø210 mm professional circular saw blade series is the optimal solution for fast and clean cutting of solid wood and wood-based panels. Thanks to its thin profile, with a cutting width of 2.6 mm and a body thickness of only 1.5 mm, this blade significantly reduces friction in the material and offers minimal resistance during feed. This aspect protects the saw motor and allows for efficient use even with hand-held circular saws or bench tools of moderate power.

All variants in this range are equipped with high-impact resistant carbide tips (Vidia / T.C.T.). The tooth sharpening is Alternate (WZ / ATB), a geometry that cleanly cuts fibers, eliminates vibrations, and ensures smooth material feed. Proudly manufactured in Ukraine, these blades are available in multiple tooth configurations, covering any type of work in the workshop or on the construction site.

🚀 DYNAMIC FEATURES & PERFORMANCE:

  • Economical Thin Profile: The 1.5 mm body thickness and 2.6 mm kerf reduce mechanical stress on the saw, saving energy and material.
  • Vidia Core Technology: Carbide teeth guarantee long-lasting durability and high resistance to knots or impurities in the wood.
  • WZ Alternate Geometry: The dynamic left-right attack eliminates the risk of chipping on material edges, providing perfectly finished edges.
  • Balance and Precision: Laser-cut body from special steel, designed to maintain perfect flatness during rotations under load.

📊 SELECTION AND FINISHING GUIDE BY TOOTH CONFIGURATION (Z)

20 Z / 24 Z – Fast Ripping (Longitudinal Cut) Fast Ripping (Longitudinal)

Finish: Roughing. Excellent for fast cuts along the grain (solid wood, beams, large planks, rough timber). Wide spaces between teeth instantly evacuate coarse sawdust.
28 Z / 36 Z – Universal Use (Mixed Cuts) Balance (Speed vs Finish)

Finish: Standard / Semi-finished. The universal solution for workshops. Designed for cross and longitudinal cuts in solid wood, OSB panels, thick plywood, formwork panels, or raw chipboard.
48 Z / 56 Z – Fine Crosscut (Transversal Cut) Maximum Quality (No Chipping)

Finish: ⭐ Fine / Clean. Dense teeth designed for maximum precision. Ideal for cross-cutting hard wood, ornamental moldings, veneered panels, multiplex plywood, or raw MDF.

⚠️ IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Coated Materials Restriction: ❌ NOT recommended for use on melamine chipboard or finished double-layered MDF! Although dense teeth provide an excellent finish on raw material, the hard melamine layer requires a blade with trapezoidal teeth (MTCG) to completely avoid micro-chipping of the glossy layer.
  • Practical Guide Tip: Due to the thin profile (2.6/1.5 mm), precise alignment of the guide fence is mandatory. This prevents small blade deviations when encountering very large, dry, and dense knots in solid wood.
  • Periodic Cleaning: To maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating, periodically clean the blade body of resin deposits accumulated from cutting softwood (spruce, pine).
