TCT Circular Saw Blade for Rip Cuts (Ripping) Wood – 250 mm

Professional Pilana TCT blade 250 × 3.2/2.2 × 30 mm – 24 teeth LWZ, equipped with chip limiters. It is specially designed for rip cuts in solid wood, offering a perfect balance between working speed and operational safety. The limiter design prevents blade forcing and reduces the risk of kickback, making it ideal for machines with manual feed.

Perfect for:

🪵 Softwood (fir, spruce, pine) – smooth and safe cutting; the limiter prevents "biting" too deep into soft fibers

🪵 Hardwood (oak, beech, ash) – controlled ripping; eliminates the risk of the blade getting stuck in knots or stressed areas

🪚 Lumber and boards – ideal for long cuts, ensuring excellent directional stability

Variants (tooth type):

🔸 24 teeth LWZ with chip limiter – This "shoulder" of the tooth limits the chip thickness with each rotation. The result? A controlled cut where the blade does not allow faster feeding than it can safely process, thus protecting the operator and the machine's motor.

The LWZ (Lemeș-Zahn) toothing with limiter is the optimal solution for workshops where workplace safety is a priority.

⚠️ Attention:

👉 Feed control: Due to the anti-kickback design, the pushing speed is constructively regulated – do not force the blade beyond the limit imposed by the limiters

👉 For cross-cutting or fine cuts (chipboard/MDF): Not recommended, as the limiter and the small number of teeth are strictly optimized for ripping

❌ Not suitable for melaminated composite or metallic materials
