This new router bit model has been specially designed for workshops that wish to create elegant decorative profiles on furniture doors or drawers, featuring an optimized working space of 24 mm. It is a versatile tool, capable of delivering impeccable finishes on both solid wood and composite materials.
✅ Choose the right option for your project:
HSS M2 Option (Premium High-Speed Steel):
- Ideal for: Soft solid wood (Spruce, Fir, Pine) or hard (Beech, Oak).
- Advantage: Offers the finest wood finish, leaving the surface perfectly smooth, ready for varnishing.
Carbide Option:
- Ideal for: MDF, Melamine-faced chipboard, laminated wood, or hard exotic woods.
- Advantage: Extreme resistance to abrasive materials and extended blade life.
💎 Why choose this model?
- Optimized Geometry: The 24 mm working space allows for deeper and more visible profiles, giving furniture a luxurious look.
- Perfect Balance: The router bit body is CNC machined to eliminate vibrations, ensuring machine spindle protection and a "wave-free" finish.
- Versatility: A single tool that adapts to your needs, whether you prefer the fineness of HSS or the durability of Carbide.
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise, and consistent cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS version)
➤ Low risk of burning natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and hobby CNC
⚠️ Usage limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with Carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
Material choice depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed router bits are optimized for stationary machines and CNC, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- HSS Standard: Exclusively very soft wood species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Withstands thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed. If you dwell in rotation on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
