This new router bit model was specially designed for workshops that want to create elegant decorative profiles on furniture doors or drawers, with an optimized working space of 24 mm. It is a versatile tool, capable of delivering impeccable finishes in both solid wood and composite materials.
✅ Choose the right variant for your project:
HSS M2 variant (Premium High-Speed Steel):
- Ideal for: Softwood (Spruce, Fir, Pine) or hardwood (Beech, Oak).
- Advantage: Offers the finest wood finish, leaving the surface perfectly smooth, ready for varnishing.
Carbide variant:
- Ideal for: MDF, melamine particleboard, layered wood or hard exotic woods.
- Advantage: Extreme resistance to abrasive materials and extended cutting edge life.
💎 Why choose this model?
- Optimized Geometry: The 24 mm working space allows for deeper and more visible profiles, giving furniture a luxurious look.
- Perfect Balance: The body of the router bit is CNC machined to eliminate vibrations, ensuring machine spindle protection and a "ripple-free" finish.
- Versatility: A single tool that adapts to your needs, whether you prefer the finesse of HSS or the durability of Carbide.
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise and constant cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS variant)
➤ Low risk of burns on natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional woodworking shops and hobby CNC machines
⚠️ Limitations in use:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for particleboard, MDF, HDF or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on the hardness of the wood but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed router bits are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood essence being processed.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Working with Spruce, Fir, or Pine? Go directly for HSS M2. It's the only one that guarantees an immaculate white wood, without black burn marks, thanks to the extremely sharp cutting edge that "shaves" the fiber.
- Working with Oak, Beech, or layered wood? Choose Carbide. The temperature resistance of cemented carbide allows it to cut hard woods for thousands of linear meters without needing sharpening.
- Speed and Feed: Remember that carbide brazed router bits require a constant feed rate. If you stop with the rotating router bit on soft wood, burning is guaranteed.
