✨ FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES:
- Deep, Well-Defined Profiles: the calibrated working space for 20–24 mm allows for clear decorative reliefs with a solid and elegant appearance – typical of quality furniture.
- CNC Dynamic Balance: the body of each router bit is machined on high-precision CNC machines, eliminating idle vibrations and protecting the spindle and bearings of the router machine.
- Perfect Profile-Counter-profile Fit: the 2 router bits are matched and calibrated together — door and frame joints are tight, without manual adjustments.
- Long-Term Investment: the inserts can be successively resharpened at a specialized center, and after advanced wear, the router bit body can be re-brazed.
🛠️ SELECTION GUIDE: HSS M2 vs. T.C.T. CARBIDE
The choice of material directly influences the quality of the finish and the tool's lifespan (swipe left-right on mobile):
| Material to be Processed | HSS M2 Premium ⭐ (High-Speed Steel) |

|---|---|---|
| Solid Wood (Spruce, Fir, Beech, Oak) |
⭐ Optimal Glossy finish, no sanding required |
Recommended Standard cutting |
| Raw or Painted MDF / HDF | Not Recommended Rapid wear |
⭐ Optimal Resistant to binders |
| Melamine Particleboard / Composites | Strictly Not Recommended | ⭐ Optimal Prevents chipping |
| Blade Hardness | 64–66 HRC | 85–92 HRC |
🦺 PRACTICAL TIPS FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATION:
- Test on scrap material: before series production, perform a control routing on a piece of scrap wood to verify the perfect right-angle fit of the profiles.
- Clean the spindle: remove any traces of dust or resin deposits from the machine's spindle before assembly — any residues can cause unwanted radial runout.
- Constant feed at 6,000–9,000 RPM: a uniform feed keeps the cutting edge cool and eliminates the risk of burning on materials with glues or tannins.
