🦺 PRACTICAL TIPS FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATION:

  1. Test on sacrificial material: before serial production, perform a test cut on a piece of sacrificial wood to check the perfect right-angle fit of the profiles.
  2. Clean the spindle: remove any dust or resin deposits from the machine spindle before installation — any residue can cause unwanted radial runout.
  3. Constant feed at 6,000–9,000 RPM: uniform feed keeps the cutting edge cool and eliminates the risk of burning on materials with glues or tannins.
