✨ PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
- Deep and Well-Defined Profiles: The calibrated working space for 20–24 mm allows for clear decorative reliefs, with a solid and elegant appearance – typical for quality furniture.
- Dynamic CNC Balancing: The body of each router bit is machined on high-precision CNC machines, eliminating idle vibrations and protecting the spindle and bearings of the router machine.
- Perfect Profile-Counterprofile Fit: The two router bits are paired and calibrated together — the joint of doors and frames results in a tight fit, without manual adjustments.
- Long-Term Investment: The inserts can be successively resharpened at a specialized center, and in case of advanced wear, the tool body can be rebrazed.
🛠️ SELECTION GUIDE: HSS M2 vs. T.C.T. CARBIDE

⭐ Optimal Resistant to binders |
| Melamine Particleboard / Composites | Strictly not recommended | ⭐ Optimal Prevents chipping |
| Cutting Edge Hardness | 64–66 HRC | 85–92 HRC |
🦺 PRACTICAL MOUNTING AND OPERATION TIPS:
- Test on sacrificial material: Before serial production, perform a test cut on a piece of sacrificial wood to check for perfect right-angle profile matching.
- Spindle cleaning: Remove dust or resin deposits from the machine spindle before mounting — any residues can cause unwanted radial runout.
- Constant feed at 6,000–9,000 RPM: A uniform feed keeps the cutting edge cool and eliminates the risk of burns on materials with glues or tannins.
