DYNAMIC PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE
This new model of professional set has been specially designed for workshops that want to create geometric decorative profiles and clean joints on premium furniture doors or drawers. With a working space optimized for thicknesses of 20 - 24 mm, the set represents a versatile and robust solution, capable of delivering impeccable finishes directly from the milling machine.
💎 Why choose this cutter model?
- Optimized Geometry for Luxury: The active working space allows for deeper, more visible, and better-contoured structural reliefs and profiles. This geometric detail gives a massive look and a luxurious design to the finished furniture.
- CNC Machined Body (Perfect Balance): To ensure excellent flatness of the cut surface (without a "wavy" effect), the body of each cutter is machined on high-precision CNC machines. This dynamic balancing completely eliminates vibrations at idle, while protecting the bearings and spindle of your machine.
- Design Versatility: A single tool architecture that adapts exactly to your type of production, allowing you to choose between the absolute sharpness of the HSS blade on solid wood or the industrial resistance of the Carbide variants on agglomerated materials.
✅ Choose the right variant for your project:
⭐ HSS M2 Premium (High-Speed Steel) Variant:
Ideal for: Soft (Fir, Spruce, Pine) or hard (Beech, Oak, Linden) solid wood.
Advantage: Offers the finest finish of wood fiber, leaving the surface perfectly smooth, shiny, and ready for varnishing or painting.
⭐ T.C.T. Carbide (Tungsten Carbide) Variant:
Ideal for: Raw or painted MDF, melamine-faced chipboard, laminated wood, or dense exotic woods.
Advantage: Extreme resistance to binders, glues, or abrasive composite materials, ensuring an extended lifespan of the active edge.
🛠️ Professional Selection Guide: HSS M2 vs. T.C.T. Carbide for Furniture
Configure your tool correctly based on the workload and type of materials processed in the workshop:
| Working Material Type | HSS M2 Premium ⭐ (Available in stock) |
T.C.T. Carbide (Pre-order / Coming soon) |
|---|---|---|
| Natural Solid Wood (Conifers, Linden, Beech, Oak) |
⭐ Optimal (100%) (Glossy surface / No sanding required) |
Recommended (85%) (Standard cutting by structural impact) |
| Raw or Painted MDF / HDF (Milled door fronts) |
Not Recommended / Rapid wear | ⭐ Optimal (100%) (Maximum resistance to binders and glues) |
| Melamine-faced Chipboard / Composites | Strictly Prohibited | ⭐ Optimal (100%) (Prevents edge chipping) |
| Decorative Edge Finish | Extremely Sharp (No splintering) | Industrial Standard |
| Hardness and Sharpness | 62 – 66 HRC (Easily sharpened) | 85 – 92 HRC (Requires diamond disc) |
✅ Practical tips for mounting and operation:
- Depth adjustment: The 4-piece set provides a fine, precise, and consistent cut. Before starting mass production of fronts, perform a test on a sample material to check the perfect alignment of the profile with the counterprofile.
- Spindle fixation: Fitting is done directly on standard Ø30, 32, or Ø35 mm spindles. If you have machines with heavy industrial Ø40 mm or Ø50 mm spindles, make sure you specify this detail when ordering for delivery of the appropriate native variant.
- Blade maintenance: The HSS variant is extremely easy to resharpen on the rake face. Timely periodic resharpening prevents tool overheating, reduces the risk of burns on natural wood, and maintains excellent efficiency for up to 3,000 linear meters processed.
