Transform joinery production with a cutter set designed for absolute precision and industrial durability. This 5-piece set is essential for workshops that manufacture laminated wood windows, providing impeccable finishes even in hardwoods.
Performance and Versatility: 40 mm and 45 mm
Although the set is optimized for standard 40 mm profiles, the special geometry and generous working space of the blades allow for processing profiles up to 45 mm. This working reserve offers you the necessary flexibility for custom orders, without investing in additional sets.
Why choose the HSS Premium range?
- High-quality High-Speed Steel (HSS): Guarantees a "clean" cut, without burning the fiber, and superior thermal wear resistance.
- Anti-Recoil Design: The profile of the cutters is designed to limit chip thickness, ensuring safe use and increased control.
- Dynamic Balancing: Each cutter is computer-balanced to eliminate vibrations, thus protecting machine bearings and finish quality.
- Optimized Geometry: The cutting angles are calculated to ensure rapid sawdust removal, preventing overheating.
Technical Specifications:
- Number of pieces: 5 profiled cutters.
- Material: Premium HSS (High Speed Steel).
- Working capacity: Optimized for 40 mm (extendable to 45 mm).
- Usage: Vertical spindle milling machines, stationary machines.
- Applications: Softwood, solid or laminated wood windows, interior doors with glass.
⚠️ Usage limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with Carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
Material choice depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the fiber. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the processed wood species.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft wood (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Lasts thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Caution: Carbide requires constant feed. If you dwell on softwood while rotating, burning is guaranteed.
