📌 Recommended for: carpentry workshops, manufacturers of parquet, furniture, or floorboards, as well as professionals who value precision, durability, and solid joints.
⚠️ Usage limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
Material selection depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species being processed.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft wood species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears out faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Lasts thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Caution: Carbide requires constant feed. If you dwell in rotation on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
