🔧 Key Features:
🔹 Square tongue-and-groove profile – ideal for precise joining of parquet planks or floorboards, providing stable fastening and a professional finish.
🔹 High durability – brazed HSS M2 inserts, with superior wear resistance and clean cutting in soft or hard wood.
🔹 Consistent performance – balanced, vibration-free design for uniform cuts and precision with every pass.
🔹 Long-term investment – inserts can be resharpened, extending the set's lifespan and reducing maintenance costs.
📌 Recommended for: carpentry workshops, manufacturers of parquet, furniture, or floorboards, as well as professionals who prioritize precision, durability, and solid joints.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS variant for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood.
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the variant with Carbide inserts.
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. CARBIDE (Brazed Tools)
Material choice depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species processed.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively very soft wood species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burning. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic wood species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Chipboard, Laminated). Resists thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed rate. If you dwell in rotation on soft wood, burning is guaranteed.
