🔧 Key Features:
🔹 Oblique profile for premium paneling – allows for aesthetic and precise joints, providing an elegant and authentic wood finish.
🔹 Industrial durability – inserts made of HSS (High Speed Steel), with increased wear resistance and clean cuts in any type of wood.
🔹 Versatility in the workshop – ideal for paneling and other solid wood carpentry projects.
🔹 Long-term investment – inserts can be resharpened or replaced, reducing costs compared to disposable cutters.
🔹 Precision for professionals and enthusiasts – designed for intensive use, but also accessible for small workshops that demand quality results.
📌 With this HSS oblique profile paneling router bit set, you get impeccable finishes and solid joints, whether you're working on a classic machine or a 4-sided milling machine.
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the version with carbide inserts
🛠️ Selection Guide: HSS vs. Carbide (Brazed Tools)
The choice of material depends not only on wood hardness but also on how the cutting edge interacts with the grain. Our brazed cutters are optimized for stationary and CNC machines, but their performance varies drastically depending on the wood species being processed.

✅ Conclusions for purchase:
- Standard HSS: Exclusively for very soft species (Spruce, Fir, Pine, Linden). Economical, fine cut.
- HSS M2: The "king" of softwoods. Guarantees immaculate white without burns. Also works on Oak/Beech for a mirror finish, but wears faster.
- Carbide (CMS): Mandatory for hard/exotic species (Oak, Beech, Mahogany) and derivatives (MDF, Particleboard, Laminate). Resists thousands of meters without sharpening.
⚠️ Attention: Carbide requires constant feed. If you idle in rotation on softwood, burning is guaranteed.
