✔ Precise and durable joints for frames and door panels.
✔ HSS inserts – clean cuts, strength, and extended lifespan.
✔ Optimized geometry for 40 mm thickness – perfect fit of elements.
✔ Complete set: 3 cutters + spacer ring, ready to work.
✔ Ideal for professional workshops – fast, precise, and stable milling.
✅ Advantages:
➤ Fine, precise, and consistent cut
➤ Easy to resharpen (HSS version)
➤ Low risk of burning on natural wood
➤ Suitable for traditional carpentry workshops and hobby CNC machines
⚠️ Usage Limitations:
❌ We do not recommend the HSS version for chipboard, MDF, HDF, or very hard exotic wood
❌ For composite materials or demanding applications, choose the Carbide insert version
HSS COMPATIBILITY:
The cutter can be mounted on most standard milling machines, being suitable for both manual work and CNC machines with moderate feed rates.

HSS M2 Compatibility Explanation (%):
• 90–80%: Optimal performance, the cutter works efficiently and durably.
• 79–60%: Good processing, but requires maintenance (sharpening or cooling).
• <60%: The wood is too hard or oily, leading to rapid wear of the HSS M2 cutter.
Recommendation: For exotic or very hard woods, cemented carbide (Carbide) cutters would be a more suitable choice.
CARBIDE COMPATIBILITY:

Compatibility Explanation (%) for cemented carbide (Carbide) cutters:
• 92–85%: Exceptional performance, the cutter works efficiently with a long lifespan even under intensive use.
• 84–70%: Very good processing, but minor adjustments may be necessary, such as feed rate or using a coolant to prevent overheating.
• 70%: The wood is extremely abrasive (e.g., very hard species or with high silica content), which can accelerate blade wear, although durability remains superior to HSS cutters.
✅ Recommendation: For the hardest wood species (exotic, high-density, or rich in mineral resins), Carbide cutters are the ideal solution due to their high hardness (85…92 HRC / 1600 – 1800 HV Vickers), offering exceptional resistance to wear and high temperatures.
